fix: rebuild four weak showcase props and collapse the README grid

Cauldron, torch, anvil, and crate heroes were unreadable (lathe-grid pot, tiled plaque, box-stack anvil, lid crop with wiped metal). Collapse the README showcase so 24 full-bleed thumbs are not a scroll trap.
