Implement DailyRollingAppender

Currently, Log4J2 does not support DailyRollingAppender. When support is added to 2.0 then DailyRollingAppender needs to be implemented.

Quick update: RollingAppender has two options. One for setting the frequency (ie: 4 hours) and another that is a boolean to determine whether to modulate it, which means if true, then once set, it would roll the log every 4 hours starting from midnight in my example.

Setting it to 24 hours and to modulate, I think would have the desired effect.
