HaiYing.OfficeCLI: incorrect publisher attribution — please rename to OfficeCLI.OfficeCLI

Hi, and first of all thank you for auto-tracking OfficeCLI releases in winget — much appreciated.

I'm the publisher of iOfficeAI/OfficeCLI (the repo Tasks/HaiYing.OfficeCLI/Script.ps1 pulls releases from). The package metadata attributes it to the wrong company:

• WinGetIdentifier: HaiYing.OfficeCLI — we are not affiliated with HaiYing / Hying Technology Co., Ltd.
• The winget locale manifest lists Publisher: Hying Technology Co., Ltd. and PublisherUrl: https://office-ai.net/ — that is a different, unrelated product ("OfficeAI Assistant"). Our product page is https://officecli.ai (redirects to the GitHub repo).

Could you please:

1. Rename the task to OfficeCLI.OfficeCLI (Publisher: OfficeCLI, PublisherUrl: https://officecli.ai), or set Skip: true on the current task until the rename settles;
2. Keep tracking under the new identifier if you're happy to — we're grateful for the automation.

I'm filing the corresponding rename request in microsoft/winget-pkgs and will cross-link it here. Happy to provide any verification that I'm the actual publisher (this account owns/administers the iOfficeAI org and cuts the releases).
