"This Chapter" for projects shows Chapter 24 sections

Describe the bug
When you are on a project page and you click on the This Chapter menu, you get a listing of the sections in Chapter 24.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit a project.
2. Click on the "This Chapter menu"
3. A list of Chapter 24's sections are shown.

Expected behavior
Maybe
• a list of projects, or
• a list of chapters (because students working on projects will need to go to them for reference), or
• maybe that menu shouldn't be there at all.

I think I may take the menu away from projects for now if it really bugs people.

Replace it with the word “Project” in a nice big font, because why not?
