How to apply html formatted string?

Hi,
I installed QuestPDF and HTML Agility Pack. How can I apply Notes? It says can not resolve SetHtml.

string Notes = "<b>Terms and conditions apply.</b>"

{

Works this way,

column.Item().HTML(handler =>
{
    handler.SetHtml(Notes);
});
