Regarding dataset 4, I look at the spatial transcriptomics raw data's cell type annotation (celltype_annotations.zip), and it seems there is only louvain cluster numbers for each spot.
The cell type annotation of both the scRNAseq and spatial transcriptomics of dataset 10 is a little different from what I have found in raw data (https://zenodo.org/records/10698912, and https://portal.brain-map.org/atlases-and-data/rnaseq/mouse-v1-and-alm-smart-seq)
I wonder how the cell type annotation is obtained for the two datasets.
