Deferred js modules ignored by jsdoc task

I just realized that my deferred modules are missing in my jsdoc-generated documentation.

So I tried renaming the folder from '_deferred' to 'deferred' and it seemed to work fine. The underscore seems to be the default 'ignore-sign' for the jsdoc task so either we change the name or the ignore sign for jsdoc if we want the deferred modules to be listen in the documentation.
