Describe what content should be added :

There are OWASP resources that reference a MAS Checklist excel file, and link it as being at:
https://github.com/OWASP/owasp-mastg/releases/latest/download/OWASP_MAS_Checklist.xlsx

However the file is not there. I searched the repository for all .xlsx files and found another referenced link to the file, but that one is also dead. Please restore this file.

Hello @trinten-gh , thanks for raising this but it is an issue for the MASTG project rather than the DevGuide, although we also need to update the DevGuide to explain why the checklist is no longer available for v2.0.0 of MASTG

The MASTG project has decided to remove the checklists, see MASTG v2.0.0 Checklists Removal and its associated discussion
