Lab 4.1 cosmosdb

Juste for all trainers
When you create the CosmosDB, i have tried multiple region and same error each time
So i went on the GUI and selected learning and CosmosDB choose for a region
All worked perfectly after

Also i invite to use VSCode as the IDE as in the cloud shell its really not nice
By the way is there a reason that you ask the student to tus ethe cloud SHELL ?
