[Bug] Error being displayed as the chainId not being updated when changing network

[vivek-consensys]

1. Visit test-dapp
2. Connect with MM Wallet
3. Ensure network is Linea Sepolia (when connecting)
4. Change network to Sepolia
5. Sign Permit with connected account

Expected: Sign permit working as expected with the reflected network change
Actual: Error displayed
