Update PoC for testing on ZKSync Era

Adjust the PoC test suite to compile and run on ZKSync Era using ZKFoundry.

• Compile and Install ZKFoundry suit
• Update solc for compatability
• Modify contracts or test code
• Successfully pass all poc tests on ZKSync Era Forked.
