Add a way to translate OpenROM to different world languages

Currently, we don't have a localization (i18n) system implemented yet, as the UI was freshly built for the v2.0 release. However, adding multi-language support is a fantastic idea and definitely on our roadmap.

Our plan is to implement a lightweight localization system (likely JSON-based or gettext) in the upcoming updates. Once the core translation logic is merged, we will absolutely look into setting up an open-source project on Weblate or Crowdin to allow the community to easily contribute translations.

I'll keep this issue open to track the progress of the i18n implementation. If you have any experience with setting up the initial translation structure and want to submit a PR, contributions are more than welcome! 🍻
