Autocomplete function ---@

Previously with Sumneko when I had a function defined and on the preceding line I did --- it would auto suggest the params and returns and I could have it add the whole block including an empty comment. Somehow I have lost this and now it only auto suggests when I do "---@" and I only get the choice to select one tag type (params or return as relevant in this case).

Sample code I would do "---" on the line before for the auto complete to appear.

local x = function(name)
    return name or "dave"
end

My auto complete appears to be fully working elsewhere which is why I'm betting its some setting I changed and now can't find for the life of me.

it only appears to happen for when the function declaration starts as [local] function, so the below does offer auto populate on "---"

local function x(test)
    return "test"
end

It should be a bug, please open an issue about it.
