Create new release for Python3 support

Thanks for your great work :)
As for LinearFold, I noticed that this project now depends on Python 3 since August 2022, however this has not been updated on Bioconda.
I am willing to help with this, I would just need a new Github release to get sources from. Can you help me with this as previously?
