feat(books): import book metadata into Notion

Books require manual entry even though public APIs can supply authors, covers, identifiers, publication dates, and descriptions.

Proposed change

Use a maintained books API to search by title, author, or ISBN. Preview the result and write the selected metadata to Notion.

Acceptance criteria

• Search supports title, author, and ISBN.
• The preview includes cover, authors, description, publisher, publication date, and ISBN when available.
• The importer maps fields to documented Notion properties.
• Existing books are updated or skipped instead of duplicated.
