Description

@gcielniak suggested to adopt https://github.com/LCAS/bacchus_internal/blob/main/bacchus_bringup/src/check_topics_gui.py for a simple customised GUI for Hunter (and dogtooth) to give operators and overview to minimise runtime faults.
