Heavy cannonball bugs blocks

When a heavy cannonball hits a block, it turns the block into an unbreakable and texture-less block titled "block.pirates.heavy_block".

Yeah is kinda intentional but it should probably have a name and texture, I thought it was textured but it might be broken
