Integration with AppliedFlux #122

Description

@Chifilly

Describe your idea (If you have more than one idea, please open the rest in other issues)

Have the ability for detecting AppliedFlux FE Storage Cells via getDrive(s) and getCell(s), as well as able to detect the stored amount of FE inside the cells. Possibly via a different API specifically for it, or have the energy-based APIs take into account the cells.

Describe alternatives you've considered if any

  • Have the stored FE available as an item via getItem(s) to at least be able to get the amount available within the cells, if a dedicated API isn't worthwhile.
  • I tried using the Flux Accessor as a peripheral, and it's identified as a generic energy_storage peripheral, but both getEnergy and getEnergyCapacity return max int32, regardless of what's actually in storage (max int32 being 2.1B, and my storage containing >10B FE).
