Capability estimation

We should be able to estimate the remaining charge of the battery/batteries that we are managing. This involves plotting the discharge curve (found experimentally or from the cell's data-sheet) then comparing the current charge (the charge at this time) to the value on this curve.

• Plot the discharge curve and store values locally on EEPROM or flash
• Compare current charge to discharge curve and estimate remaining charge
