Paper-only!

Now that the great split has began, we are migrating this project to Paper-only.

The plugin works as is on Paper but there are plenty of improvements that can be done. This issue will serve to keep track of what those improvements are and what we've implemented so far. Feel free to leave comments with more ideas!

• Use the Paper chat event.
• Make use of the built-in Kyori API instead of shading our own.
• Make use of the Paper lore component for the tag.
