Similar to the one found in GriefPrevention, a separate command could be used by staff to force two players to ignore each other. The separated players would not be able to remove these ignores, it would require staff to do so.
Possible syntax for commands:
/separate <player1> <player2>
/unseparate <player1> <player2>
