I truly wish I was smarter to be able to contribute to the code base. I have been a long time user of Clover. I found it to be useful on first gen core i series hardware, most with legacy bios, to install windows 11. This allows Win 11 to easily be installed in an EFI environment on legacy BIOS. Along with bringing NVME booting. Patching windows for BIOS booting eventually breaks the install with updates. With the switch to Apple Silicon, I think there is still future expanded value with this boot loader. Specifically with the ease of "emulating" an EFI environment on legacy systems along with spoofing hardware. There are many windows users left behind with Microsoft's requirements, and this boot loader can get around all of them except TPM 2.0. I was wondering if it would somehow be possible to emulate it? I know that QEMU supports software TPM, though being dumb, not sure if it would be possible to port that into this boot loader. My apologies for making a suggestion I do not fully understand. I just thought it would add value to the boot loader with the limited life left in x86 MacOS. While I still encourage people switching to Linux as they panic over Windows 10 support, this can significantly keep anything older than 8th gen, and newer than a Core2, out of a landfill. I would like to say thank you to everyone that contributed to this project, it has taught me a lot over the years.
