unsynchronise video when moving buffer time

Hello, thanks for your job.
I have an issue with my website with a player which can switch between the original version and others Versions, it works well, but sometimes when I move the current time of the videos with the buffer time of the player the second video may be unsynchrone and it never catch up the first where as I changed different variables for the gap.
