原版的 CCIP Server 是使用 Command Line 直接塞到資料庫，但是 Serverless 版本無法直接在伺服器上操作，因此需要提供一個 Import API 處理

Gotchas

Original impl has several dependencies:

• Event: An event (id) will have to be set before the importation
• Scenarios: Attendees will have NO scenarios if scenarios are set after attendees are imported, for an attendee's available scenarios are set upon importing

若要使用 Cloudflare Zero Trust 作 ACL 的話， 那麼 ACL 的部分就不會在 app 端實作了，對嗎？
