Zombie "jcef_helper" processes

Describe the bug
Browsers are not closed after the client and app are disposed of.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone the MCEF repo
2. Create a browser screen
3. Close the client

Expected behavior
All jcef_helpers to be closed
