installQS.sh missing for 4.x

Hello.

I was trying to install the "quickstart" per the online documentation but I cannot seem to find the "installQS.sh" file. The URL points to https://github.com/Bedework/bedework/raw/bedework-4.0.0/build/quickstart/linux/installQS.sh but I get a 404 error.

Can I use the installQS.sh from version 3.x.x?
