Manual backup not saving all entries

### Describe the issue

11 entries in UI
11 entries saved with password protected json
only 6 saved in manual cleartext backup

Using both in [Chrome 151.0.7922.71 (Official Build) (arm64)] and [Brave 1.93.129 (Official Build) (arm64)] browsers.
