Proposal: Traditional Chinese Translation (繁體中文版 / zh-TW) #925

Description

@weiwei-alvin

Hi Asabeneh,

Thank you for creating 30 Days of Python. I am a teacher and professional Chinese-to-English translator based in Taiwan, and I would like to contribute a Traditional Chinese version of this course.

I noticed that the repository already contains a Simplified Chinese translation under the Chinese/ directory. My proposed contribution would be a separate Traditional Chinese localization intended primarily for readers in Taiwan and other Traditional Chinese-speaking communities.

The work would include:

  • translating the original English content into Traditional Chinese;
  • using terminology commonly used in Taiwan;
  • preserving all Python code, Markdown structure, links, images, author credits, and sponsorship information;
  • checking terminology consistency across all 30 chapters;
  • correcting translation-related errors without changing the technical meaning of the original material;
  • keeping the translation synchronized with the English source where practical.

I propose placing the translation in a separate directory such as:

Traditional-Chinese/

or:

Chinese-TW/

Before translating the full course, I can submit Day 1 as a sample pull request for review.

Would you be willing to accept this Traditional Chinese translation? Please also let me know which directory name and contribution structure you would prefer.

Thank you for considering this contribution.
