Dynamic Plugin URL

At present the connection URL and other configuration parameters for the plugin are hard-coded in the javascript. It would make sense to break that out to a separate file which can can then be used to localize settings and make other necessary changes before a push. To that end we need to identify all likely mutable settings and then develop a single file location.

I’ve refactored the code to externalize all connection URLs and other likely mutable configuration parameters into a separate configuration file. Please take a look at the commit df91b42
