Unknown Google Doc Command

We are getting an unknown command error in the plugin:

Unrecogized Google Docs command: 'nm'
Unrecogized Google Docs command: 'mkch'
Unrecogized Google Docs command: 'ac'
Unrecogized Google Docs command: 'ucp'

These are errors that we see in the logs itself. They indicate that some actions are not being properly recorded in the system or properly recognized by the Google reconstruction code. To that end we need to find a way to test what these are and then to improve the reconstruction to account for them OR affirmatively note that we are ignoring them so we can distinguish them from true unknowns.
