Agent! is on Homebrew: brew install --cask agentiloop/tap/agent

Agent! is now on Homebrew. If you'd rather not drag a .app around:

brew install --cask agentiloop/tap/agent

That pulls the latest signed build from GitHub Releases — the same binary you'd download by hand. Upgrades are brew upgrade --cask agent.

After install

1. Open Agent! — it sets up the Launch Agent / Launch Daemon helpers automatically (you approve them once via SMAppService).
2. Settings → pick a provider → paste an API key. 21 providers are supported; if you just want to try it cheaply, GLM-5.3 via Z.ai is the default and costs pennies per million tokens.
3. Type a task. "Build the Xcode project and fix any errors", "What calendar events do I have today?", "Take a photo with Photo Booth" — that kind of thing.

Requirements

• Apple Silicon
• macOS 26.4.1 or later
• Any modern Mac for cloud providers; 64GB+ RAM if you want to run 30B-class local models through Ollama / vLLM / LM Studio
