Request: GTK4 support

Now that GNOME Shell 40 is released and should start to roll out in some distros, the themes end up being broken due to GTK4, used in some of GNOME already.

I will try to support GTk4 and Gnome 40, but what I lack is time!

Hello, I was going to start doing the support, but I ran out of time, work and study. As I don't know much about GTK themes in general, and also the GNOME part, I'm going to use Materia GTK Theme as a base.

Materia GTK Theme has some styles that I don't think are cool, especially for GNOME, maybe when I finish my modifications, I'll start to make it look like Adapta
